From May 23rd 2014, owners of some of the most popular Olympus cameras will be able to download a new Firmware update for the E-M1, E-M10, PEN E-P5 and Stylus 1.

All of the updates are live now and downloadable from the Olympus UK website.

E-M1 firmware Version 1.3 --> 1.4 FIRMWARE UPDATE HERE.

  • Improved remote control functionality when using "Olympus Image Share".
  • Art Filter mode, custom self timer, zoom operation when using electric zoom lenses, digital tele-converter and cable remote release mode *It is necessary to use latest Olympus Image Share
  • AF response when using Four Thirds lenses has been improved
  • Stabilisation of shooting in C-AF mode has been improved *As of now, "Stabilisation of shooting in C-AF has been improved." is posted only in Japanese and English because the revision was added recently.

We will switch the posted description on the update server to each languages after the Asian and European translation is completed.

 E-M10 firmware version 1.0 --> 1.1 FIRMWARE UPDATE HERE.
